Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains Lysine Hydrochloride 105 mg, Calcium Carbonate 279.088 mg (equivalent to Calcium 65 mg), Bovine Lactoferrin 5 mg, Sambucus Nigra (Black Elder) Flower Extract Dry Concentrate 6.667 mg (equivalent to Sambucus Nigra Flower Dry 100 mg), Glycine 8 mg, Leucine 5 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 50 micrograms, Fructooligosaccharides 5 mg, Biotin 20 micrograms, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2 micrograms, Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2) 15 micrograms, Zinc Gluconate 20.904 mg (equivalent to Zinc 3 mg), Heavy Magnesium Oxide 11.41 mg (equivalent to Magnesium 6.9 mg), and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.6 micrograms.

Dosages

3-5 years: Take 1 chewable tablet daily. Crush and mix with milk or juice if needed. 6-10 years: Take 2-3 chewable tablets daily. 10-14 years: Take 4 chewable tablets daily. 14+ years: Take 5 chewable tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
