How to use
Step 1: Pour 195 mL cold water into a glass.
Step 2: Gradually add 6 level scoops (53.8 g) of Ensure Powder. This will make a 230 mL serving.
Step 3: Stir well until dissolved.
Step 4: Once made, consume promptly or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
Suggested twice a day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Ensure Powder can be enjoyed as a nutritious shake with or between meals, or to replace a meal.
Ensure Powder can also be added to a wide range of recipes as an extra source of nutrients.
Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but NOT refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.
